This is spine tingling stuff… gospel singing African-style.
On Sundays, we include a visit to a Township Gospel Church (approximately 45 minutes) into our regular Township Tour. This is our most popular tour and seats are limited at church we immense you to the Gospel singing and dancing
Church is an important part of social life in township communities and a great reflection of the social cohesion existing in the Township communities we have built relationships with a number of churches in different communities we invites you to attend an uplifting South African gospel experience with a vibrant and dynamic young congregation
Here the warm welcome of the congregation and their vibrant voices, will echo in your heart, long after you have left Cape Town.
Please Note: from the start of the holiday season in summer many people in township communities go back home in rural Eastern Cape mostly as such churches have fewer members of the congregation and resolve to one service commencing at 8 AM. We have no control of the church service how long praise and worship session will last for start and end time of the praise and worship session. The church experience is real not staged

We had a fantastic driver and a fantastic guide. The church was also nice. But we did not go to District 6 and we only went to township Langa. We were told that we should go to two more townships. - Nicole
Thank you for the tour and the great informative guide comments. I have learned a lot, and this has helped me understand the aspects of black history and present in South Africa. ?? Sure this has been an experience for a lifetime. ?? - Ms
We had a great expierience! The gospel service and the Langa tour were very impressive! Our guides were very helpful and told interesting stories. We would certainly tell other people to book this wonderful tour! - Blankestijn
SUPER !!! Super guide . - ANN
The organization of the tour was top. Both the guides are very connected to their job! The gospel event as such was a bit disappointing for me. The acoustics were not OK, and the music was not what I'd expected... Is there any chance people like us can eat the local food? We recently watched a documentary on TV where a local female cook presented her food to the tourists... Maybe this could be an added value? - Dirk
