Service Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS

Minimum of 4 guests required to run this trip.
If the minimum number of guest have not been reached by the time of the service, the trip will either be cancelled, moved to a slot with that meets minimum requirements or guests are welcome to pay the minimum fee equivalent to 4 adult tickets to proceed with trip.

Children and kids welcome, no experience necessary

Full payment is required upon making the reservation and prior to receiving confirmation.
If payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
All requests for amendments to a reservation are required in writing by fax or electronic mail at least 7 days prior to the first activity date. Amendments may be approved subject to availability in the sole discretion of Romonza Management.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by guest on the activity date or a cancellation less than 24 hours before trip departure.
In the event of an amendment not received 7 days prior to activity booked the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of passengers originally confirmed.
In the event of amendment or cancellation Received between 7 days and 24 hours before trip departure - guests/ agents will qualify for a 50% refund.
Management reserves the right to cancel any transfer or activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, lack of passengers, or weather conditions. In case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Romonza Management, guests must report for the service/activity unless notified by Romonza Management. In the event of a cancellation by Romonza Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid ( or refunded to booking agent)

GENERAL
Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice.
All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction \

SAFETY
The Romonza management and crew will take every precaution with regard to your safety. Guests are to obey the captain at all times.
The Romonza management is not liable for damage or loss of your property.

CHILDREN
Children up to 3 years no charge.
All kids under 12 years will be required to wear a life jacket which will be supplied and demonstrated on the boat.
