Service Terms and Conditions

"Valid motorcycle is required
A refundable security deposit of R15000 will be taken 4 weeks prior to the tour date.
Personal liability (Excess) is unlimited. In case of an accident, the bike damage will be accessed and the costs for the repair are to be borne by the rider. Prior to the tour start, a bike condition check will be performed to capture the bike condition at the tour start.
Indemnity form and waiver of liability must be signed upon rental begin

PAYMENT TERMS
25% deposit payable upon booking
25% (or first 50%) due 3 month before tour date
Final 50% or Full payment must be made 4 weeks before tour start

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
>12 weeks prior to the activity: full refund
6-12 weeks: 50% refundable
4-6 weeks before the activity: 25% refundable
Less than 4 weeks: non-refundable

The tour itinerary is subject to change and modifications may be made depending on the weather and other circumstances outside of RETZAs control.

Force Majeure: RETZA is not responsible for circumstances out of their control. RETZA will offer the activities if it is deemed safe. In case of severe weather changes that might negatively impact the tour or rental activity, RETZA will offer an alternate date to conduct the activity, or a refund.
