AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATIONS

Quotations are always in South African Rand

Confirmation of the tour will only be processed and confirmed by Sheldon’s Walking Tours, upon the receipt of payment for the requested tour

Verbal quotes are an estimation, to be used as a guideline only. Sheldon’s Walking Tours will not be bound by any verbal quotation provided.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sheldon’s Walking Tours, we do understand that things happen however please note that if a booking is made, the cancellation needs to be submitted at least 24 hours in advance otherwise 80% of the tour cost is due for the tour.

3. PAYMENT
All payments for Tours rendered by Sheldon’s Walking Tours must be paid in full before the commencement of tour which has been booked and confirmed.

Bill Back method is applicable to clients using the bill back method at the net rate and would need to be billed back after the tour has taken place.

4. CHILDREN, AND AGE OR TOUR RESTRICTION
All children must be accompanied by at least one adult

In respect to the tours children 12 years and older shall pay the children rate for the tours

Sheldon’s Walking Tours does not supply baby- or children seats.

All our tours are family friendly

5. INDEMNITY
Sheldon’s Walking Tours is hereby exempted from, and shall not be liable for, any loss or any damage, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise, caused to and/or suffered by the guests or any other party due to and/or arising from:

stolen or damaged property while on tour
