Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Policy:
All bookings made through Survymash require a prepayment.
2. Cancellation Policy:
A minimum admin fee will be charged for all cancellations and refunds.
The minimum admin/cancellation fee for all bookings is 20% of the contracted value.
Cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee of 30% of the contracted value.
Cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee of 50% of the contracted value.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date or in case of no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the contracted value.
