Introduction
Into Country Tours Pty Ltd, a registered South African company and tour operator led by Janina Parker, provides day tours, shore excursions, corporate outings and multi-day tours across South Africa. By confirming your reservation, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please review and accept our terms for seamless booking.

As a ground handler, Into Tours manages all aspects of our tours, including transportation, activities, and local guides, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for guests.

1. Contract
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and become effective upon confirmation. Rates are valid until May 2025 and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Our tour rates include transportation, a tour guide, bottled water, and specified expenses.

2. Group Size
Scheduled day tours have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 15 participants per vehicle. Group rates and transportation for more than 15 travellers are available. Solo travellers can join our tours; however, if there is no existing group tour available, the tour will be conducted as a private tour. In such cases, the solo traveller will be charged the equivalent rate for two persons.

3. Reservations
A 20% deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the final payment due one week before the tour. Additional costs may apply to outlying towns or provinces.

4. Personal Information
We take all reasonable steps to protect users' personal information as defined by the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

5. Payment Options and Security
Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, and credit cards for online bookings. For direct bookings, bank transfers or cash are accepted. 6. Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings may incur additional fees.

7. Itinerary Changes
We may modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We are not held liable for the closures of places of interest or activities due to weather or other unforeseen events.

8. Age Restrictions
All ages are welcome, with child rates available. Children aged six or older can join open-vehicle game drives.

9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation fees may apply. A 100% refund is available for cancellations made 48 hours before the tour. No refund will be offered for no-shows.

10. Insurance
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and credit card coverage. Insurance is covered through SATIB.

11. Health and Safety
Travelers are responsible for their health and safety, following our guides' instructions.

12. Liability
We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death during your trip.

13. Indemnity
By booking, you automatically agree to these terms, waiver, and indemnity.

14. Force Majeure
We may cancel or alter trips due to circumstances beyond our control.

15. Complaints and Disputes
Contact us at janina@intotours.co.za for resolution of any complaints. We have a transparent policy for handling complaints.

16. Communication Policy
We maintain open communication with clients.

17. Social Media Policy
Feel free to share your tour photos on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or Google. We also appreciate any tags or mentions of our company in your posts! We may share your tour photos on social media.

18. Shore Excursions in South Africa
We accommodate ship schedules with flexible cancellation policies and back-to-ship guarantees. Our start and end times align with your cruise ship’s schedule.

19. General Information
We ensure comfort but are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death during the tour. By accepting our tour and placing your reservation, you automatically accept and agree to our waiver and indemnity. Please inform us of any allergies or special requirements.

20. Emergency Procedures
Follow the instructions provided by the tour guide or contact our office immediately at +27609867612 in case of an emergency.

21. Special Requests
Notify us of any special requests or requirements (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessibility needs) at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.

22. Behavioural Expectations
Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the tour if the behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

23. Local Regulations
Tours are subject to local regulations and requirements. Travellers are responsible for complying with these regulations.

24. Changes to Agreement
We may modify this agreement without notice.
