Cancellation Policy:
If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled. In case of no alternative date for rescheduling, a refund will be processed with a 10% cancellation fee.

All activities are subject to availability and may change. Health rules and regulations could affect opening times and the availability of wine farm tasting rooms and restaurants.

Terms and Conditions:
Availability: This tour operates daily. The hot air balloon flight is dependent on good weather conditions, and flights can't proceed in high winds, especially during the unpredictable Winter months from June to August in Cape Town.

A balloon flight is weather-dependent, and flight confirmation, along with the latest weather forecast, will be sent a day before the scheduled flight. Updated flight status and information will be communicated.

General Restrictions:
Weight limit of 130kg per person.
Children must be 10 years old and at least 1.2m tall.
Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.

Payment Options and Security:
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, and credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into Into Tours' bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Credit card transactions will be acquired for Into Country Tours (Pty) Ltd via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway. PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card details are stored on the website.
