In case you are the only person making use of the transfer, you will be charged an extra R450 payable on arrival at Shark Explorers. However, we will contact you beforehand to confirm.
Cancellation Policy:
All trips are weather dependent. If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather, there is no charge. This decision is made by the skipper and is based on wind and swell conditions. We will try to reschedule you if we have availability.
If you cancel, please note that following policy applies:
# 30 days or more before start date 50% of the fee
# Less than 30 days before start date: 50% of the fee
# (exclusive hire only) less than 15 days : 100% of the fee
# Less than 7 days before start date: 75% of the fee
# 48 hours before the start date: 100% of the fee
# No show or late arrival: 100% of the fee
