served on crispy aromatic pilaf rice, topped with tomato and coriander sambal.
2. Thai prawn salad fresh Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, citrus-chilli dressing, mint, and coriander, served on crispy wontons
3 . Asian inspired poke bowl with crispy cauliflower, bulgur wheat and lentils
with coriander emulsion, pickled ginger, soy chilli edamame beans, pickled
cabbages , torched miso pumpkin and radish.
4. Crispy Japanese Fried Cauliflower with sesame noodles, sriracha aioli, soy ginger dressing, toasted sesame seeds, and spring onion, served on wooden forks
