At Backline, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation by Participant:
Participants may cancel their lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total lesson cost.

Cancellation by Backline:
In the event that Backline needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or unsafe wave conditions, participants will be notified as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time or provide a full refund upon request.
