Visitors to Anthonij Rupert and L’Ormarins Estates are able to purchase an ‘all in one’ voucher, to keep them entertained for the whole day.
For ease of convenience Estate package vouchers can be purchased in advance or at any one of the visitors points on the property.
From here your tour begins and the voucher is simply handed in at each point.
With the Estate’s tram service operating between points, visitors can spend as much time in each point as they wish
before moving on to the next point, catering both to travelers at leisure as well as those with a schedule to keep.
Visitors should however allow a minimum of 3 hours for the total package in order to enjoy it all.
Perfect for tour groups, company incentive groups, team building outings,
treating someone to a special outing or simply a day out in Franschhoek with a group of friends.

11h00 – Arrival at Anthonij Rupert Tasting Room – Please collect your vouchers here.
11h05 – We collect you from this arrival point and take you on a scenic drive en route to the Franschhoek Motor Museum.
11h20 – Enjoy a tour of the Franschhoek Motor Museum featuring a collection of 80 vintage cars.
12h30 – We collect you from the museum and travel through the estate en route to our Terra del Capo tasting room.
12h45 – Enjoy an antipasti set menu lunch paired with wines from our Terra del Capo wine range
14h30 – Our estate tram collects you from here and takes you to our Anthonij Rupert tasting room
14h40 – Enjoy a wine tasting at Anthonij Rupert tasting room, featuring wines from our premium wine ranges.

A visit to the Franschhoek Motor Museum where an immaculate display of 80 vintage cars awaits;
Scenic tram ride with picturesque views of the estates and surrounding Franschhoek Wine Valley.
Any extra meals or drinks that is not included in the package and wine or product purchases.
Children under 12 are welcome to accompany parents on the Estate package experience, on a pay as you go basis. (R40 per child museum admission plus meals & beverages as consumed) Children under 18 are accommodated on a full board basis as part of the Estate package, soft drinks will be substituted in lieu of wine tasting
The trams travel in tandem between the two venues with each journey lasting approximately 30 minutes and operating on a hop-on hop-off basis.
This enables visitors to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Groot Drakenstein Mountains and the vineyards,
with specially designed windows afford maximum visibility.
The magic is that two splendid estates can be experienced without you having to drive yourself!
Please note that no alcohol will be served to children under the age of 18 years of age.
Kindly note that the Anthonij Rupert Tasting room is closed on Sundays. Should your Estate package reservation fall on a Sunday, your premium wine tasting will be presented at Terra del Capo Tasting room.
How do I begin my review. Wow wow wow. My husband and I are from Hillcrest Durban. We came to Cape Town for a week's holiday. We decided to take each other on a date. My date for Mike was your beautiful Wine Estate. It blew us away. The staff were absolutely amazing. Such happy staff. One particular was Cheslin our tram driver. His knowledge of the Estate was impeccable. His friendly nature had us in fits of laughter. What an asset he is to the Estate.
