Cancellation Policy:

Ocean Wonder reserve the right to cancel any trip if the skipper deems the weather, ocean conditions, or any other factor to be unsuitable for a safe and enjoyable trip. Where necessary, we will cancel as early as possible but we reserve the right to cancel at any time. Where ever possible, we will try accommodate you on the next available trip and if it's not possible, a full refund will be given.

Cancellations made by guests more than 48 hours before the start of a trip will incur a 10% admin charge.

Cancellations made by guests within 48 hours of the trip departure time, no-shows, and late arrivals are not refundable.

Cancellation refunds can take up to 7 days to process.

A correct contact number with international dialing code and email address is vital, in case we need to cancel a trip.

Terms and Conditions:

Because of the high cost and effort of preparing, launching, running, and retrieving a boat of this nature, a minimum of 3 guests at standard rates (non-SA residents) are required for a trip. Most of the time, if there aren't enough guests, we are able to find others to join but we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if there are not enough guests.
By booking this activity, you acknowledge that you understand that we will be entering a wild and sometimes unpredictable environment (the ocean) on a small craft, and that there are certain inherent risks in doing so. While Ocean Wonder will take all reasonable precautions, all guests will be required to sign an indemnity agreement.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Ocean Wonder is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Ocean Wonder go to every endeavour to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client soon as possible.

Customer privacy policy:

Ocean Wonder shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Ocean Wonder bank account, the details of which will be provided on request
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Ocean Wonder via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Ocean Wonder separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Ocean Wonder takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ocean Wonder chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
Ocean Wonder may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
